Through our Leadership Development Training program and Bible School, we provide Church leaders with the tools, resources, and guidance necessary to lead with excellence, foster spiritual growth, and positively impact their congregations and communities.

Providing specialized training to pastors who have proven their visionary transformation leadership potential.
Church Leadership Training Conference
Providing non-formal training to leaders (every pastor to bring 6 other leaders) from each of the churches of the Baptist Associations to equip them for Transformative Christian Leadership.
A centre for empowering towards exponential and transgenerational Christ-centred Life Change.
